Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Some clients come to therapy seeking short-term support for a specific challenge or transition, while others want longer-term support in understanding patterns and creating meaningful change. Together, we’ll determine a path forward that feels most helpful for you.

My Therapeutic Approach
Client Centered and Personalized
You are the expert on your own life. Therapy should feel flexible, supportive, and grounded in your goals and needs. Research consistently shows that the therapeutic relationship is among the strongest predictors of meaningful change, which is why creating a space built on trust, comfort, and authenticity matters deeply to me.
Practical and Evidence-Based
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices. Depending on your goals and needs, I may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, motivational interviewing, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, attachment-based work, psychodynamic insight, psychoeducation, and mind-body or somatic strategies. Often, therapy involves a thoughtful combination of several modalities.
Mind-Body Connection
Lasting change often involves more than just talking through thoughts. Our emotions, stress, and past experiences can show up in the body in ways we don’t always recognize. I often incorporate mindfulness, nervous system education, and mind-body awareness to help clients feel more grounded, connected to themselves, and supported in deeper healing and insight.
What to Expect
Here's what you can expect as we begin working together.
1 / Free 15-Minute Consultation
A brief conversation to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and see whether we might be a good fit. We'll review fees, insurance, and scheduling options.
2 / First Session (Intake)
Your first 55-minute session is a chance for me to learn more details about what's been going on, what you're hoping for, and what you'd like support with. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
3 / Ongoing Therapy
Together, we’ll identify goals that feel meaningful to you and develop an approach that fits your needs. We'll check in on your progress and adjust as needed along the way. Our work is goal-oriented to help you build the tools, skills, and confidence you need to move forward independently.
